Agency Status: Five Star Seasons is an independent travel agency powered by Fora Travel, Inc. As independent contractors, Fora Travel does not own or control your advisor, nor do we control third-party travel providers. Your advisor acts strictly as a booking liaison and is not liable for supplier defaults, scheduling changes, or cancellations.
Rates & Availability: All advertised prices, itineraries, and room categories are subject to change without notice until a deposit or full payment is processed by the supplier. For international itineraries, final amounts charged may fluctuate based on currency exchange rates and bank conversion fees.
Mandatory Registrations: Fora Travel, Inc. is a registered Seller of Travel in the following states:
- California Registration No. 2151995-50
- Florida Registration No. ST43973
- Washington Unified Business ID (UBI) # 605329242
Client Responsibility: Clients are required to review all travel documents upon receipt and ensure they meet all health, passport, visa, and entry requirements for their destination. Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended.
Season terms
These apply to Season fees and deposits paid on this site. Rooms and flights are never included and are never paid for on this site.
- Deposit: $500 per person holds a seat; the balance is due 60 days before arrival.
- Minimum to run: 3 couples. If it isn't reached, everyone gets a full refund.
- Cancellation: full refund up to 60 days before arrival; after that the deposit is kept.
- Participation waiver: accepted at checkout.
