We collect only what we need to send you the newsletter, plan Seasons, and book your hotel. We never sell your data.

The newsletter and Seasons waitlist

• First name and email, to send you the newsletter and Season announcements.
• Age bracket, who you travel with, typical monthly budget and travel pattern, so we plan Seasons that fit the people on the list. These are optional.
• What you're interested in, so we only send what you asked for.

Hotel booking requests

Your name, contact details, the hotel and dates, who's travelling, your status programs, and any long-stay needs you choose to share. We use these to check rates, make the booking through our host agency, and pass your preferences to the hotel. Health or accessibility details are optional and only shared with the hotel when needed for your stay.

Season deposits

Payments are taken on Stripe's secure checkout page. Card details never reach our server. We keep a record of the payment and that you accepted the waiver and Season terms.

How a visit is measured

We use privacy-friendly analytics without advertising cookies. When you send a form, we also record which page you were on, which headline you saw, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, which of our videos sent you), so we know what's useful.

Who else sees it

Our email and newsletter providers, our form storage, Stripe for payments, and our host agency and the hotel for bookings. Nobody else.
